Shipping feesWe offer free standard shipping on all US orders above $100 USD. The shipping fee is calculated on the total price after discounts and before taxes. United States Standard Shipping 3 – 5 business days Orders bellow $100 = $10.00 Orders $100 and up = 0 Express Shipping 1 – 2 business days Orders bellow $100 = $20.00 Orders $100 and up = $12

Shipping timesEstimated delivery times do not include weekends and holidays. Changes in orders incurred by the customer as well as unusual weather conditions, volume of shipments, and traffic may delay the delivery date by the courier. Please note that due to a high volume of shipments, couriers cannot guarantee the estimated delivery dates. Made-to-order items: Yes, you can request an item to be made to order! In this case, we need to take the time to craft the piece as ordered. The shipping time will be much longer, usually between 5 to 7 weeks. Please make sure to plan accordingly when ordering.

Where do you ship from?We ship all orders from the state of Minnesota. Please note we do not have any store locations and cannot facilitate pick-ups or customer support in person at this time. However, we are just one click away!

Do we pay fair prices?We are all about paying fair prices to the talented Colombian artisans we work with, many of which are indigenous women head of household. We strongly believe that we are creating unique pieces of art using techniques that have been passed on for generations, preserving the culture and traditions of indigenous communities in Colombia. That’s why underpaying and mass production is not a part of our business model. When you wear our pieces, you will not only look fabulous, but you will also feel great about the people your purchase is supporting!

Product CareOur products are handcrafted to last! So please follow the care guidelines. Jewelry - We strongly recommend keeping your jewelry free of moisture - Remove your jewelry before being exposed to lotions, perfumes, cosmetics, sanitizer, soap, chlorine, and water - Occasionally clean with a soft cloth to maintain the original shine - Store separate from jewelry made from other materials Bags Our bags are built to last…for many years. If needed, hand wash or machine wash in delicate cycle.

WarrantyWe’ve got your back! Each piece has a 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects and breakages. We work with artisans to create handcrafted pieces that are made to last, so please be sure to follow the product care guidelines below. Head to our contact page to email our team within the first year of purchase and we will give you instructions about getting the piece back to us. We will replace or repair your item and ship it back to you. All our products are handmade and may include minor unique variations in color and size for our natural stones and pearls. Scratches through daily wear are uncommon but can happen because gold is a soft metal. Each minor variation adds character to your piece and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Our warranty does not cover products lost or discarded, improperly used, or damaged resulting from everyday wear and tear. Any alteration to our products will void the warranty.

US Return PolicyWe provide a 30-day return/exchange window on all orders except for made-to-order and final sale items. We take pride in our work, and we want you to love each piece. If you decide the item is not for you, go to our contact page to send your request. Please include the following: The order number (if you don’t have it we are happy to help you out!) The address where the item will be shipped from The email address associated with the order The items to be returned The reason for your return To be eligible for a return/exchange, pieces must: Be unworn Have no signs of wear or damage Have all original documents Be in its original packaging and condition. We do not accept oversized boxes AJ Accessories is not responsible for increased fees due to large packaging, and we reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. If a returned item does not meet the above return guidelines, we reserve the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers. Please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Gift exchange/Return PolicyWe love gift cards! Head over to our contact page to send your request, make sure to include the order number and we’ll be happy to process the return/exchange for you! The gift-giver will not be notified of this transaction. Gift returns can only be refunded to store credit for the amount paid on the original purchase. Please note that our general exchange/return policy will be applied to gift returns/exchanges.

International ReturnsInternational returns are accepted, but unfortunately, we are not able to cover return shipping. Just let us know what you'd like to return within 30 days of receiving your order by heading over to our contact page to send your request and we’ll share instructions on how to process the return. Also, note that we are not able to return your Duties and Taxes. Please contact your local customs office for the next steps on how to recover this fee.
